Here's a great recipe...since strawberries are in season!
Strawberry-Spinach Salad
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
16 oz of strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
2 bags of baby spinach
1 (4oz) pkg of crumbled blue cheese
bottle of red wine vinnaigrette
